By using the service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
We may collect account details, usage data, support messages, billing metadata, and text or document content submitted for AI detection, translation, rewriting, summarization, citation, or review workflows.
We use information to provide and maintain the service, deliver reports, process credits and payments, improve reliability, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and communicate service updates.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted content and account data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access, encrypt sensitive traffic, and monitor systems.
Text submitted to AI Detector may be processed by configured model providers to generate the report. Within GPTZeroPro, detector text is scoped to your account and retained for up to 30 days so we can deliver, display, and recover the report. At the end of that period, raw detector text is deleted under our retention process; limited operational, billing, and audit metadata may be retained where necessary.
Detector workspace records are not published publicly. Access remains subject to the account and workspace controls described by the service.
